Never been to SRC FIT before? Our Free Nothing To It Intro Meeting starts with an InBody scan to establish a starting point. Then a stress free chat about your goals, needs and wants.
What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends.
What If I'm Not Currently In Shape?
CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your current fitness level. It's designed to be inclusive and adaptable through the use of movement scales and modifications.
Are The Coaches Good?
YES! Our CrossFit coaches are trained to modify workouts to fit the personal needs of each member. For example, if you're unable to perform a certain movement, your coach will scale or modify the movement for you to keep the intended stimulus.
What To Wear?
Whatever you want for the Free Intro Meeting. It is just a stress free chat.
For your Workout: Women, we recommend wearing leggings, capris or shorts, a tank top, a sports bra, and t-shirt.
Men, we recommend athletic shorts, a tank top, or t-shirt.
Shoes must be worn at all times. We recommend "cross-trainer" shoes. No sandals or open-toed shoes
