Our Coaches

Joey & Sandy


With over 13 years in the CrossFit and fitness industry, Joey and Sandy are the ultimate power couple. They both started doing crossfit in 2006 in their garage. After moving to Pace, FL they wanted a location to do crossfit and offer it to the masses. In 2013 their first location was established in Pea Ridge and they have now grown to two locations: Milton and Pace, with over 300 athletes.
Joey retired from Army Special Operations in May of 2023 after 28 years of service holding many fitness certifications including CrossFit Level 2, USAW National Coach, and CrossFit Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Mobility. His speciality is Nutrition and Personal Training. He serves as the Head Coach to our 3P Weightlifting team.
Sandy serves as Head Coach at our sister gym 3P Fitness, and supervises the Kids and Teens programs. Sandy certifications include USAW Level 2, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, Weightlifting. Her speciality is Personal Training.
Recently they coached over 20 sessions at the 2024 USAW Nationals, bringing home over 21 medals and 4 national titles as a part of Team Florida Elite.


General Manager

CrossFit Level 2, NASM CPT. Started CrossFit in 2011 after being a lifelong athlete of many sports. Fell in love with the CrossFit methodology & began coaching in 2012. Has coached all styles of fitness at different gyms from 1 on 1 personal training in a studio to classes of 60+ at boot camps. Favorite movements are Box Jumps & Rope Climbs.


Head Coach

CrossFit Level 2, Conjugate Powerlifting Level 1, CrossFit Aerobic Capacity, Girls Gone Strong Pre & Post Natal Coach. Has a background in gymnastics & competitive cheerleading. She started CrossFit in 2016 & quickly fell in love with the methodology as well as the competitive aspect of the sport.

Within a year she began competing at local comps & since then has had the opportunity to compete at many competitions including The North American East SemiFinals. Favorite movements include handstand walking, wall walks, snatches & the Echo Bike.


CrossFit & Barbell Club Coach

CrossFit Level 2, USAW Level 1, Precision Nutrition Coach. Lover of all fitness. Her two main passions are Weightlifting & CrossFit. Started CrossFit in 2018 when her younger brother told her to try it. Joined and never looked back. She enjoys seeing the joy on peoples faces when they do something they thought they couldn't.

In 2022 started focusing on Olympic Lifting and continues to compete in the sport. Favorite movements are the Snatch & Clean.


CrossFit Coach

Avid CrossFitter for over 6 years. Found CrossFit during a difficult time in his life. Fell in love with the community, a Firefighter for NASand the people around him. Ben has played sports all his life. Currently a Firefighter for NAS at Whiting Field. Favorite movements include Bar Muscles, Handstand Push-ups & DB Snatches.


CrossFit Coach

CrossFit Level 2. She was introduced to CrossFit in 2016. Fell in love with the community, methodology & class atmosphere. The support felt from fellow athletes and coaches is like no other! CrossFit truly is for Everyone! Favorite movement is the Deadlift.


Member Specialist &
Overall Gym Mom

Started CrossFit in 2019. Mother of 5 amazing kids! Loves playing all sports & doing redecorating projects. Favorite movements are Power Cleans & Resting on the Floor.
